These Terms of Service govern access to and use of RentalFlow.
RentalFlow provides software tools for rental transaction workflows, including applicant-group management, paperwork status tracking, communications, electronic-signature integrations, payment-related records, reporting, and organization administration.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and for activity performed through their credentials. Organization owners and authorized users are responsible for configuring appropriate access for their organization.
RentalFlow may integrate with third-party services such as Google/Gmail and DocuSign. Use of those services remains subject to their own terms, policies, availability, and authorization requirements.
Users may not use RentalFlow to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, gain unauthorized access to data or systems, transmit malicious software, or misuse connected third-party services.
RentalFlow is a workflow and transaction-management platform. Organizations remain responsible for rental decisions, housing-law compliance, applicant communications, lease terms, financial practices, recordkeeping, and the accuracy of information entered into RentalFlow.
RentalFlow may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. Third-party integrations may also change independently of RentalFlow.
RentalFlow is provided on an as-available basis. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain reliable operation, uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
RentalFlow's handling of personal information and Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security concerns, violation of these Terms, nonpayment where applicable, or discontinuation of the service.
RentalFlow may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
